Velrow.com. (“Velrow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides access to limited-edition physical goods via our website. By placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to be bound by the following terms:

Product Description
All products are physical items. Any references to digital materials or resources included in the product are provided as a complimentary bonus and are not considered part of the primary product purchased.
Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed and payment is submitted, the sale is considered final. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or altered under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Policy
You acknowledge and agree that all products sold are non-cancellable and non-refundable. You waive any right to dispute the charge on the basis of quality, value, expectation, or delivery format.
Chargeback Abuse
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these terms constitutes a breach of contract. In the event of such a breach, we reserve the right to pursue collection of the full amount, plus any fees incurred, through third-party collections or legal action.
Fulfillment & Delivery
All products are shipped using third-party carriers. Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Venue shall be exclusively in the courts of New York County.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review the latest version prior to purchasing.
